Achieving Compliance
Compliant FM have supported the YMCA Newcastle in the successful delivery of compliance benchmarking. The YMCA currently have locations across Walker, Byker and Newcastle City Centre, specifically in delivery community based projects. Its facilities include a café, office environments, manufacturing, accommodation services, nurseries and shared community spaces.
Health and safety and facilities are now delivered through our team of dedciated consultants. Therefore enabling the YMCA to focus on its core activities.
Our working relationship started with a full assessment of all processes and buildings. Through this we were able to determine their current position. As a result we implemented a clear action plan to close gaps and reduce potential liabilities against the YMCA.
Dedicated Customer Portal
A dedicated service portal has been successfully implemented by the team at the YMCA. Most improtantly its bespoke dashboards and notifications were created to ensure the data required is readily accessible.
Developing Staff Awareness
With the introduction of dedicated consultants it was important to educate all personnel on the health and safety management and importance of it within their working environment.
Powerful Reporting Capabilities
Another added benefit is the monthly statistics on the safety and estates performance. In addition, a bespoke live dashboard is available to see at a glance the performance against current SLA.
